Attorney Stanley Radtke’s areas of expertise are immigration law, removal defense, and appellate work in both immigration and criminal defense. In addition, he practices in Social Security Disability Appeals and personal injury claims. Mr. Radtke is a published author for his law review articles which have been cited by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Attorney Radtke is highly regarded in his areas of practice and as a child of immigrants he understands the importance of having good representation in the legal system. 

Stanley Dale Radtke calls the Marin County his home. He grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah and moved to San Bruno as a teenager. He attended Capuchino High School in San Bruno. After graduating with an aeronautics degree from the College of San Mateo, Mr. Radtke worked for United Airlines for over 18 years. After the tragic events of 9/11, Mr. Radtke returned to school and graduated from law school at the University Of San Francisco School Of Law.

Mr. Radtke is a member of the State Bar of California, the California Appellate Defense Counsel, and he is a member of the executive committee of the USF Chapter of the Inn of Court.

Mr. Radtke is fluent in English and German. Most importantly, Mr. Radtke knows how to speak your everyday language and put aside the “legalese” when explaining the law and process. This will help you better understand your legal standing and options moving forward.
