FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long does a nonimmigrant visa process take?

It depends on the category and the consulate: anywhere from a few weeks to several months. In the initial consultation we
give you a realistic range based on your case and your consulate’s current schedule.

Can I apply if I was denied a visa before?

A prior denial does not necessarily prevent you from applying again, but it does not guarantee a different outcome either.
We review the reason for the denial and what has changed in your circumstances to assess whether a new, better-prepared application makes sense

Do I need to be in the United States to get started?

Generally it is not required: most of these processes begin from your country of residence, and we meet by video call in
English or Spanish.

What does the initial consultation include?

An eligibility assessment, the list of documents you will need, and a flat fee quote — with no obligation to retain us.
